[PHP-users 19591]phpのインストールについての質問

phpのインストールについて質問させていただきます。

windows環境でのインストールなのですが、すでにdll版はインストールしてあり、
ウェブで動作しています。

その環境にバッチ版のものをインストールして、共存させたいのです。

その場合単に、下記のphpダウンロードページにある

インストーラ付のものをダウンロードして、phpの同じディレクトリに上書きでインストールすればＯＫなのでしょうか？

その場合、注意点などもありましたら合わせてご教授お願いします。
