失礼しました。
バージョンは以下のようになっています。

autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.57
automake (GNU automake) 1.6.3
ltmain.sh (GNU libtool) 1.4.3 

補足ですが、PHPインストール時のconfigure
オプションは以下のようにしました。

'./configure' '--without-mysql' 
'--with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs' 
'--enable-mbstr-enc-trans' '--enable-mbstring' 
'--enable-mbregex' 
'--enable-versioning'
