4.1.2に付属のext/gd.cを修正するか、cvsから
gdを取ってくれば対応済みです。ただし、cvsの方は、
拡張モジュールの作成方法が変更(php-4.3.0以降に対応)になっているので
そのままでは、make出来ません。

上記方法で対処できない場合は、
gdをGD2.0.3に落とせば、4.1.2に付属のGD拡張モジュールの
makeが出来るはずです。
