[PHP-users 18014]GDインストール後のPHPのmakeができません

初めまして。
タイトルの通りなのですが、GDのインストールまでは出来まし
たが、PHPのmakeに失敗してしまいます。

まず私の環境ですが、

OS:RedhatLinux7.3
PHP:PHP Version 4.2.4-dev
libjpeg:jpegsrc.v6b.tar.gz
zlib:zlib-1.1.4.tar.gz
libpng:libpng-1.2.5.tar.gz
freetype:freetype-2.1.2.tar.gz
GD:gd-2.0.1.tar.gz

上記の状態です。
まず、libjpeg、zlib、libpng、freetype
までは、メーリングや、色々な解説ページを見ながら、
インストールを行いました。
特にエラーもありません。
GDですが、エラーを出しながらでしたが、なんとか最後にはエ
ラーがなく、インストールができました。
PHPのインストールの時になって、
./configure --prefix=/usr/local --with-mysql
--enable-track-vars --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs
--without-gd --with-regex --enable-mbstring --with-imap
--with-imap-ssl=/usr --enable-i18n --enable-mbregex
--enable-gd-native-ttf --with-gd=/usr/local
--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local --with-zlib=/usr/local
--with-png-dir=/usr/local
このようなconfigureを行い、makeすると、以下のエラーが出
ます。

php_gd.h:69: warning: static declaration for
`gdImageColorResolve' follows non-static
gd.c:92: conflicting types for `gdIOCtx'
/usr/local/include/gd_io.h:18: previous declaration of
`gdIOCtx'
make[3]: *** [gd.lo] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory
`/home/homepage/php-4.2.3/ext/gd'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory
`/home/homepage/php-4.2.3/ext/gd'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/homepage/php-4.2.3/ext'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

本当に色々なページを見てみましたが、特に
php_gd.h:69: warning: static declaration for
`gdImageColorResolve' follows non-static
の行のあたりに関して検索すると、GIF関連のエラーで止まっ
ている方が多いのですが、私の場合はGIFではないような感じ
です。

どなたか、ご教授下さい。
