      -h オプションは HTTP ヘッダーを抑制するオプションで，CGI SAPI の
    場合にのみ存在し，そもそも HTTP ヘッダーを出力しない CLI SAPI では
    存在しません．下記 Fedora Core 3 の PHP から参考まで．

# CGI SAPI と CLI SAPI って結構違いあるんですよ
