[PHP-doc 1057] Debian8 リリースノートの PHP 関連記述の査読願い

　やまねです。
　
　Debian8 "Jessie" のリリースノートを翻訳していたのですが、PHP 周りの
　記述について識者の方に確認してもらったほうがいいだろう、と思って
　投稿しています。

　ようは 5.4 から 5.6 になるから非互換性に気をつけろよ、という部分なのですが
　意図が汲み取れないところやこうしたほうが良いというのを、どなたか査読
　いただけないでしょうか。
