ざっとひととおり確認してみました。
以下にコメントした部分以外は、特に問題ないかと思います。

* 「…に関する」と「…について」が同じような意味で冗長
* 「件」と「問題」はどちらも原文のissueに対応する訳？ なら重複している
ので、
「この件についての詳細は」とか「この問題についての詳細は」くらいで
いいのかなあと思いました。

区別をつけないようになった のではなく、逆に区別をつけるようになった
ものもあるので、

補足しますと、これまではtrueだろうがTRUEだろうがTrueだろうがすべて真値と
認識していたけど、5.6.0以降はtrueだけしか受け付けなくなったということです。

今の訳でも間違いではないと思いますが、もう少しわかりやすくすることもでき
そうな気がします（すみません。うまい対案が出てきませんでした）。

about this particular issueのparticularは無理に訳出しなくてもいいのでは
ないかと思いました。あと、ここでも「問題についての」「詳細については」
で「…について」がダブってますね。

くらいでどうでしょう。

the finer implementation details の finer は、良いとか優れたとかの意味
ではなく、細かいとか微妙なとかの意味ではないでしょうか。以前の
パーサーの内部的な実装に依存するようなコードは、新しいバージョン
ではうまく動かないかもしれないということですね。
