なので、PHP-4.0.6の./configureのhelpには
i18nもswatってのも無いのですが「--with-i18n-swat」 って
sambaの話がどっかからまじってませんか？

まぁ、無関係なオプションは無視されてると思いますが
こういうのを見ると、ApacheもPostgreSQLもPHPも
はたして正しい手順でインストールされているのかという
基本の部分からして疑問です。
