[PHP-users 5208] php-3.0.18-i18n-ja-2のconfigureができない。

どうも、山本です。

あるサーバにApache1.3.23+php-3.0.18-i18n-ja-2をインストールしているところです。
Apacheの方はインストールできたのですが、php-3.0.18-i18n-ja-2をconfigureしたときに
以下のエラーが出て失敗してしまいました。

[admin@www php-3.0.18-i18n-ja-2]$ ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/

 > --enable-track-vars --enable-i18n --enable-mbregex --with-mysql

file is older than distributed files!
Check your system clock

エラーを見てみると
"新規作成ファイルがdistributed filesより古いのでシステム時刻をチェックしろ"
ということなのですが、タイムゾーン等を変更してみても一向に改善されません。

恐れ入りますがこの対処方法がございましたらアドバイスのほど
