ご教授頂きましたとおりエラーの出力をすると
下記のようなエラーが表示されました。

エラーをそのままコピペしてしまったのですが、ご指摘されているように
ssh でのコネクションが出来ないというエラーのようです。
ただ、私には正直そこまでしか分かりませんでした。

PHPメーリングリストの議題とは完全にずれてしまいましたが、
このエラー回避の対処法を教えて頂けないでしょうか？
